Dr Claire Stewart

I joined Andrew Place Clinic in 2025 and am very pleased to be staying on and settling in for years to come.
I enjoy all aspects of general practice and look forward to continuing to work with a diverse mix of patients through life’s ups and downs. I completed my medical degree at Australian National University in 2018 worked at The Canberra Hospital before returning home to Melbourne and gaining further hospital experience across a range of specialties with Monash Health.

Prior to medical training I was an occupational therapist and worked in various community mental health settings.

Special interests: My interests include sexual and reproductive health, infant and child health, mental health, supporting people to manage chronic conditions and holistic preventative medicine.

Outside of work I love spending time with friends and family which includes my two busy young kids. I enjoy bushwalks, beach trips, camping and reading fiction.
