Australian Bush fire affected Family Members
With the effects of the devastating bush fires affecting some many, the doctors of Andrew Place Clinic are happy to see any relatives that have had to be evacuated from their homes and have been displaced and or staying with family members of existing patients of our clinic. We encourage them to call the clinic to make an appointment to see one of our doctors especially if they are requiring  their regular prescriptions.
Please alert the receptionist at the time of booking the appointment, that the patient is a new family member/ relative to the clinic who has been affected by the fires.
We will do our best to accommodate these requests as this will also help ease the pressure on those medical GP's in the fire affected zones who would be under extra pressure at this time.

NEW SERVICES:
HotDoc Online Bookings now available at Andrew Place Clinic
Exciting news!! Andrew Place Clinic is offering Online bookings via HotDoc. Please see the Home, Appointments or Contact Tab for the live "Make an Appointment" Button link.
This is only applying to doctors appointments at the moment and not nurse appointments.
Patients can still phone the clinic to make appointments if preferred.

Apologies for Opt-out Service via HotDoc
From 2/12/2019, Andrew Place Clinic is using a new system – HotDoc – which will allow patients to book online appointments and receive SMS notifications regarding appointment bookings.
If you do not opt out, you will receive a SMS from HotDoc regarding your appointment details the day before your scheduled appointment regardless of whether the appointment was made via the HotDoc system or in person via an Andrew Place Clinic staff member.
We sincerely apologise if you have already opted out of SMS enabling with one of our staff in recent months, but with the introduction of this new system, you will need to opt out again via the HotDoc SMS link or by phoning reception.
Once again, we do apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
